How We Began
On March 19, 1956, our founding fathers filed to do business as the Grants Pass Contractors Association. On April 15, 1966, the association affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and changed the name to the Home Builders Association of Josephine County. In 1996, the Association purchased and renovated a home that now houses our office. Financial donations, as well as labor and material from our membership, made the renovation project possible.
